  • Build and maintain core BI dashboards for pipeline health, funnel metrics, segment coverage, and loss analysis.
  • Own the GTM data dictionary β€” metric definitions, filter logic, and calculation rules.
  • Own the analytical layer of the GTM forecast process: historical conversion, coverage, and forecast variance.
  • Lead annual bookings planning analysis: win rates, capacity modeling, and quota calibration inputs.
  • Build scenario models for pricing, segmentation, and GTM structure decisions as needed by RevOps and Sales.
  • Track campaign performance to surface what's driving pipeline and where investment is misallocated.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven GTM analytics experience in B2B SaaS with self-serve reporting for Sales/Marketing.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills; define questions, structure logic, validate outputs.
  • Hands-on dashboards/models experience in Tableau, Omni, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data models and inputs to Snowflake/dbt pipelines (leads, accounts, opportunities, campaigns).
  • Experience partnering with Finance on planning analytics (quota calibration, capacity modeling, scenario analysis).
  • Ability to see horizontally across Sales, Marketing, and Finance and translate to decisions.
