  • Strong analytical skills in performance measurement and incentive management.

  • Deep understanding of sales performance programs and KPIs.
  • \n
  • Experience supporting performance-based GTM orgs with goal & reward programs.
  • \n
  • Expertise with CRM, HRIS, and incentive compensation platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • \n
  • Strong communication and project management to engage cross-functional teams.
