GTM/G&A Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Contractor

📋 Description

• Identify & Engage Talent: Leverage sourcing strategies/tools for GTM & G&A roles
• Talent Pipeline Management: Build & maintain candidate pools via networking
• Collaborate with TA Partners: Align with recruiters on GTM & G&A hiring needs
• Diversity Sourcing: Source candidates from diverse backgrounds to support DEI
• Data-Driven Sourcing: Use ATS and tools to maintain pipelines and metrics
• 12-month, 40h/week hybrid role; based in Denver or Oakland

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years sourcing in technical Revenue, Marketing, Legal, Finance & People
• 1+ year in-house recruiting/sourcing at startups or fast-growing tech
• Deep understanding of technical roles in enterprise sales, marketing and G&A
• Collaborative with internal recruiters and hiring managers
• Familiar with Workday, Greenhouse, HackerRank, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub
• Thrives in hybrid work; adaptable to changing hiring needs
