GTM/G&A Talent Acquisition Sourcer - Contractor

📋 Description

• Identify and engage GTM & G&A talent across Revenue, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and People.
• Develop and maintain talent pools; actively network and track hires.
• Collaborate with TA Partners to align GTM & G&A hiring needs.
• Drive Diversity Sourcing to support DEI initiatives.
• Use data-driven sourcing; maintain ATS pipelines and metrics.
• Ensure data hygiene and best practices; leverage market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing in technical Revenue, Marketing, Legal, Finance & People.
• 1+ years in-house recruiting or sourcing in startups/fast-growing tech.
• Deep understanding of tech roles in enterprise sales, marketing & G&A.
• Collaborative with internal recruiters and hiring managers.
• Familiar with Workday, Greenhouse, HackerRank, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub.
