Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and GTM Ops on planning and daily financial decisions.
Lead GTM budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Develop and maintain models for pipeline, headcount, and investments.
Analyze GTM metrics (NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV) and provide insights.
Automate financial and operational reporting with GTM systems.
Support revenue deals financially; advise on pricing and profitability.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in finance roles (FP&A, strategic finance) in SaaS.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics; MBA preferred.
Strong financial modeling and cross-functional decision support.
Experience with FP&A systems, ERP, BI, and CRM tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to influence leaders.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
