GTM Engineering Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate with GTM stakeholders to identify objectives and bottlenecks.
• Lead cross-functional projects to scale workflows and targeting.
• Build and maintain Clay automations integrated with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight.
• Manage Clay data models and data flow across GTM tools.
• Test, monitor, and optimize automations for performance.
• Create docs, playbooks, and enablement materials for Clay workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years in a technical GTM, operations, or automation role.
• Hands-on with Clay, building and maintaining workflows connected to CRMs.
• Strong technical/analytical mindset for automating tasks.
• Experience connecting tools via APIs, webhooks, or no-code platforms.
• Familiarity with GTM data structures (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and self-starting leadership.
