  • Build and maintain Clay workflows for intent signals and whitespace across segments and territories
  • Enrich and score accounts using third-party signals to create prioritized prospect lists
  • Partner with Sales/SDR teams for targeted outbound sequences based on account tier
  • Own the data pipeline from Clay into CRM and Sales Assistant
  • Refine scoring models based on conversion data and sales feedback
  • Plan 3rd-party signal integrations for prospecting workflows

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in Revenue Ops or GTM Engineering; 2+ yrs in prospecting infrastructure
  • Hands-on with Clay workflows at scale: enrichment, scoring, CRM sync
  • Deep familiarity with intent data, firmographics, technographics
  • Experience designing AI agents and agentic workflows
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake/BigQuery for QA and model iteration
  • Deep knowledge of B2B sales process and territory planning
