  • Enable AI-driven execution: apply automation and analytics to reduce manual effort.

  • Partner cross-functionally to translate strategy into workflows and data models.
  • Improve revenue execution via process design, automation, and reporting.

  • 5+ years in Sales, RevOps or GTM strategy in B2B SaaS.
  • CRM and BI tools (Dynamics 365, Power BI; Salesforce valued).
  • Experience in territory design, quota management, forecasting, GTM capacity planning.
  • Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets and data visualization.
  • Experience supporting multiple sales segments across EMEA.
  • Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, enablement, and product.
