- 5+ years in Sales, RevOps or GTM strategy in B2B SaaS.
- CRM and BI tools (Dynamics 365, Power BI; Salesforce valued).
- Experience in territory design, quota management, forecasting, GTM capacity planning.
- Strong analytical skills; Excel/Sheets and data visualization.
- Experience supporting multiple sales segments across EMEA.
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, enablement, and product.
