GTM Engineer: Data Infrastructure & AI Intelligence

📋 Description

• Audit the CRM and data stack to remove duplicates and fill data gaps.
• Establish data governance standards and ownership for core CRM objects.
• Define and maintain a canonical data model and data dictionary for GTM teams.
• Design, build, and maintain automated deduplication, normalization, and enrichment processes.
• Integrate third-party enrichment providers to keep records current and actionable.
• Build and maintain pipeline dashboards and stage metrics for real-time revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Rev Ops / GTM Ops or GTM AI Eng, with 2+ years CRM data architecture.
• Deep Salesforce expertise: data modeling, fields, rules, flows, cross-object relations.
• End-to-end data pipelines from raw CRM data to normalized, enriched, deduped output.
• Experience designing AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake/BigQuery for data validation.
• Experience building BI dashboards in Tableau, Looker, Sigma, or Salesforce.
