GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Automate GTM processes end-to-end using AI, no-code tools, and integrations.
• Build event-driven automation across the GTM stack with Airtable, Clay, Zapier, and n8n.
• Leverage LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) for intelligent automations.
• Ingest intent data, score accounts, and route insights to reps at the right time.
• Maintain clean GTM data flows between Salesforce, Databricks, Gong, and Outreach.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/RevOps; document and iterate on built systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue tech, data engineering, or related domain.
• Strong bias toward action; ship prototypes; comfortable with a blank canvas.
• Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar) with shipped automations.
• Familiarity with Salesforce; understand data model and CRM automation.
• Experience connecting systems via APIs and data integration tools.
• Bonus: experience with enrichment/outbound tooling and modern GTM stack.
