📋 Description

• Inbound lead triage and routing agents: AI-powered qualification and routing for faster responses.
• Outbound reply automation: AI for repeatable outreach at scale with human escalation.
• Campaign setup automation: eliminates manual rebuilds for events and ABM lists.
• TAM expansion and market data enrichment: keep GTM fields accurate for forecast integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in ops/analytics/revenue operations.
• Hands-on with LLMs and automation (n8n, Zapier, Make) or Python/JS.
• Comfortable with Python or JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of business needs and how to apply AI and automation.
• Outcome-focused mindset; measure impact in efficiency and pipeline gains.
• Clear communicator with strong written/async skills in a remote setting.
