GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Write SQL in Snowflake to build views, scoring models, and ad hoc analyses for GTM decisions
• Maintain dashboards in Tableau for pipelines and buying signals
• Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and Marketing to translate workflow pain points into engineering solutions
• Surface data quality issues and automation gaps before they affect pipeline
• Own Clay as the primary GTM engineering platform and optimize its scalability
• Build AI-powered workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs to automate research and signal processing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience; internships welcome
• Strong SQL: complex queries, CTEs, and window functions
• Snowflake and dbt; data pipelines and warehousing
• Salesforce data models and SFDC integrations
• Experience with low-code/no-code tools and workflow automation (Lovable, Bolt, v0; Zapier/Make/n8n)
