📋 Description

• Build systems and automations that shape how customers discover and pay for Hover.
• Embed with GTM teams; turn ideas into proofs of concept quickly.
• Create lightweight, user-facing tools to test growth and monetization.
• Automate high-friction workflows and integrations to scale.
• Ship scrappy prototypes and iterate with GTM feedback.
• Collaborate with Lifecycle, Analytics, and Sales to optimize workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in GTM/growth/engineering/analytics at fast-moving firms.
• PLG experience strongly preferred.
• Strong SQL skills for data exploration and experiments.
• Proficiency in Python/JavaScript or similar; APIs and automation.
• Bias toward action: prototype quickly and iterate.
• Comfort with ambiguity; curiosity for AI and applying new tools to GTM workflows.
