GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and build GTM automation across HubSpot, BigQuery, and Hightouch to reduce toil.
• Own and extend PLS trigger infrastructure translating product signals into workflows.
• Maintain HubSpot workflows, properties, and sequences to support evolving motions.
• Build lightweight internal tools and dashboards for AEs/BDRs/CSAs with real-time intel.
• Integrate AI (Claude, Gemini) into rep workflows for research and prep.
• Partner with RevOps on compensation tracking, pipeline reporting, and territory tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM, Sales, or RevOps Engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience with HubSpot APIs/custom objects, SQL/BigQuery, and automations with Python or Node.js.
• Strong ability to communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in async or globally distributed teams.
• Energy for solving real-world problems for developers and deploying AI in sales.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and owning your own roadmap.
