- Own end-to-end campaign execution in HubSpot (email, lifecycle, nurture, routing)
- Build, launch, measure, and optimize campaigns by performance and pipeline impact
- Operate GTM tech stack: HubSpot, Clay, AirOps, Lemlist
- Design/maintain automated workflows with AI-powered enrichment using n8n, AirOps
- Build and maintain lead scoring, routing, lifecycle stages, and SLAs
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing to operationalize GTM strategy
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or GTM/Growth Eng roles
- Hands-on HubSpot campaign execution experience
- GTM automation/enrichment tools experience (Clay, AirOps, n8n)
- Salesforce proficiency (reports/dashboards)
- Strong API/integration experience across GTM systems
- Analytical fluency (SQL, advanced spreadsheets, or both)
