  • Own end-to-end campaigns in HubSpot (email, lifecycle, nurture, routing, leads)
  • Build, launch, measure, and optimize campaigns by performance and pipeline
  • Own day-to-day GTM tech stack ops: HubSpot, Clay, AirOps, Lemlist
  • Build and maintain lead scoring models, routing, lifecycle stages, SLAs
  • Ensure data quality, attribution accuracy, and reliability across GTM
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales & Product Marketing to operationalize GTM

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or Go-To-Market roles
  • Hands-on HubSpot campaign execution and optimization
  • GTM automation/enrichment tools: Clay, AirOps, n8n
  • Salesforce proficiency: reports, dashboards, data structure
  • Strong API and integration experience across GTM systems
  • Analytical fluency (SQL, advanced spreadsheets)
