- Own end-to-end campaigns in HubSpot (email, lifecycle, nurture, routing, leads)
- Build, launch, measure, and optimize campaigns by performance and pipeline
- Own day-to-day GTM tech stack ops: HubSpot, Clay, AirOps, Lemlist
- Build and maintain lead scoring models, routing, lifecycle stages, SLAs
- Ensure data quality, attribution accuracy, and reliability across GTM
- Partner with Marketing, Sales & Product Marketing to operationalize GTM
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, or Go-To-Market roles
- Hands-on HubSpot campaign execution and optimization
- GTM automation/enrichment tools: Clay, AirOps, n8n
- Salesforce proficiency: reports, dashboards, data structure
- Strong API and integration experience across GTM systems
- Analytical fluency (SQL, advanced spreadsheets)
