🎯 Requirements

3+ years in GTM systems, internal tooling, or startup roles
Hands-on builds/maintains business tools (CRM, lifecycle)
Fluent with APIs, webhooks, event schemas, integrations
Build automations reducing manual work; AI toolkit (Claude, n8n)
Highly organized; manage multiple workstreams from a backlog
Clear communicator; explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders
