🎯 Requirements

  • Strong teaching and coaching skills with adult-learning facilitation.
  • Strong learning agility; ability to master complex domains quickly.
  • Fluency with AI tools to accelerate content and simulations.
  • Strong enterprise B2B SaaS sales knowledge; MEDDICC/Challenger/SPIN familiarity.
  • 8+ years in sales, training, or enablement; enterprise selling/coaching.
  • Ability to create curricula, playbooks, and certification tracks independently.
