GTM Enablement Program Manager

📋 Description

• Design and build engaging training content, including playbooks, exams, and e-learning.
• Turn complex product features into simple, persuasive values for reps.
• Lead live training sessions, workshops, and new-hire bootcamps.
• Host role-play sessions and coaching clinics to sharpen discovery and closing.
• Execute enablement plans for new features and create assets for reps.
• Act as primary admin for our enablement tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong).

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Sales, Enablement, or Instructional Design.
• Direct Outbound Experience: proven track record as an outbound leader or top performer.
• Prospecting Enablement: building outbound programs and multi-channel sequencing.
• Superior Presentation & Facilitation: strong ability to command a room or web conference.
• Creative Content Development: transform docs or processes into slide decks and playbooks.
• Analytical Mindset: use data to prove ROI of enablement programs.
