- Lead onboarding and field enablement for APAC GTM teams; localize by region

- Identify skill gaps and design training roadmaps to close them

- Deliver regular trainings, 1:1 coaching, deal reviews, programs
- Partner with Product Marketing on talk tracks, battlecards, value props
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in GTM Enablement or Sales Enablement; APAC enablement preferred
- Experience with COM or other sales methodologies and MEDDPICC
- Design and deliver impactful training (in-person/virtual) with coaching
- Move quickly, pivot when needed, and value progress over perfection
- Strong project management for cross-functional enablement initiatives
- GTM enablement tech: LMS, CMS, knowledge mgmt, and Conversational Analysis tools
