  • Translate GTM priorities for SMB into SMB-ready execution plans.
  • Represent SMB sellers and managers in enablement planning; adapt programs.
  • Build scalable SMB plays and enablement programs.
  • Drive seller productivity and field readiness; onboarding and coaching.
  • Measure adoption and impact; use data to iterate programs.
  • Connect revenue ecosystem across Sales, PMM, Rev Ops, and GTM Enablement.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–10+ years of experience in GTM Enablement, Sales Enablement, Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Product Marketing, or Sales Leadership.
  • Experience supporting SMB, scaled sales, inside sales, or high-velocity revenue teams.
  • Experience designing enablement programs that drive seller behavior change.
  • Strong understanding of sales workflows, pipeline generation, and manager reinforcement.
  • Ability to translate complex priorities into simple, actionable guidance.
  • Experience building scalable sales plays, launch packages, talk tracks, and reinforcement plans.
