GTM Enablement Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support GTM enablement and training for Enterprise and SMB teams
• Deliver training across virtual, in-person, 1:1, and LMS platforms
• Own training decks, LMS modules, and participation tracking
• Support new product launches with cross-functional collaboration
• Build MVP training materials during pilot phases
• Ensure enablement content is inclusive and up-to-date

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Sales training, enablement, or management roles
• GTM experience across Enterprise and SMB and cross-functional Sales/Marketing/Onboarding/CS
• Ability to distill complex content and tailor communications for GTM groups
• Proficiency designing and implementing new selling motions
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and handling changing priorities
• Technical/functional experience: Salesforce, Outreach, data visualization tools
