- Support GTM enablement and training for Enterprise and SMB teams.
- Deliver training (virtual/in-person/1:1/LMS) on onboarding, product, and tools.
- Own work streams within initiatives (update decks, LMS modules, track participation).
- Support launches via cross-functional partnering, MVP materials, and pilot tracking.
- Ensure enablement collateral is optimized, inclusive, and up-to-date.
- Identify GTM improvements and escalate prioritization and resourcing.
π― Requirements
- 3+ years in sales training, enablement, or management.
- GTM experience across Enterprise/SMB and Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, CS.
- Ability to distill complex content and tailor GTM communications.
- Proficiency designing and implementing new selling motions.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Experience managing changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Technical: CRM (Salesforce), Outreach, data viz tools.
- Preferred: ZoomInfo/Chorus, Yardi, ALN, Snowflake, Sigma, LMS.
