GTM Enablement Coordinator

📋 Description

• Support GTM enablement and training across Enterprise and SMB.
• Deliver training (virtual, in-person, 1:1, LMS) including onboarding.
• Own discrete work streams: update decks, LMS modules, track participation.
• Support launches of new product, feature, and process with cross-functional partners.
• Build MVP training materials and collateral during pilots; measure usage.
• Ensure enablement collateral is inclusive and up-to-date.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in sales training, enablement, or management roles.
• GTM experience across Enterprise/SMB and Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, CS.
• Synthesizes complex content and tailors comms to GTM groups.
• Proven ability designing and implementing new selling motions.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and prioritization under tight deadlines.
• Technical: Salesforce, Outreach, data viz tools; ZoomInfo/Chorus.
