  • Own end-to-end GTM systems stack; Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Define GTM systems roadmap with Sales, Marketing, RevOps
  • Balance short-term execution with long-term scalability and health
  • Configure Salesforce and HubSpot: objects, workflows, reports, dashboards
  • Implement and maintain integrations across GTM, finance, and data platforms
  • Troubleshoot issues and improve system usability

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in GTM Systems, RevOps, BizOps, or Business Apps
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce admin/configuration
  • Strong HubSpot experience (marketing automation, CRM, integrations)
  • Proven integrations design/build (APIs, middleware, ETL)
  • Strong GTM data models knowledge (leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, ARR)
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, partnerships, and Finance teams
