GTM AI Operations Lead, Sales

📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered automations across the sales motion.
• Own data quality and trust for reliable reporting and AI outputs.
• Partner with sales leadership to identify bottlenecks and automate root causes.
• Integrate the GTM tech stack — Salesforce, Gong — with AI workflows.
• Build internal tooling to surface AI insights in reps/managers' workflows.
• Establish guardrails for safe, governed AI use over revenue data.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, GTM Systems, or related function.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise: data models, automation, permissions.
• Experience designing automations, including AI/LLM-driven workflows.
• Strong analytical rigor to interrogate pipeline data and conclusions.
• Comfort with no/low-code automation or API integrations.
• Bias toward maintainable, trustworthy systems.
