Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping and elevating the visual identity of GT’s Living Foods’ portfolio of brands. This individual is both a visionary and a hands-on designer merging creative strategy with flawless execution. With a deep understanding of brand development, consumer trends, and premium design, this role is instrumental in delivering compelling, consistent, and emotionally resonant brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Develop and implement cohesive visual identities for multiple brands under GT’s Living Foods.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and touchpoints, from packaging to digital content to in-store experiences.
  • Serve as a brand guardian by maintaining visual integrity and evolving design systems as needed.
  • Create high-impact marketing materials including but not limited to POS, packaging, digital ads, website assets, email campaigns, motion graphics, social media content, and video editing.
  • Translate strategic brand objectives into effective visual communications that resonate with consumers.
  • Craft mood boards, style guides, and templates that align with campaign goals and seasonal initiatives.
  • Deliver design work with impeccable typography, layout precision, and visual craftsmanship.
  • Champion high standards of design thinking and detailed execution across all work.
  • Present multiple creative solutions and articulate design rationale with confidence and clarity.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product Innovation, and Operations, to understand their goals and translate them into visual outputs.
  • Participate in creative brief development, brainstorming sessions, and feedback loops to ensure alignment across teams.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage timelines, prioritize workload, and ensure on-time delivery of assets.
  • Maintain and organize a robust visual asset library.
  • Manage design files, templates, and version control to streamline production and ensure brand integrity.
  • Exceptional aesthetic sensibility with a strong eye for color, composition, and detail.
  • Ability to think strategically about how design supports brand growth and consumer engagement.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects especially in mockups, multimedia presentations, and video content.
  • Clear communicator who can interpret briefs, present ideas, and explain design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Open to feedback, flexible in execution, and able to pivot quickly in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects, manage timelines, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to craft visual narratives that evoke emotion, build trust, and drive brand loyalty.

Additional Skills:

  • Proven experience in motion graphic design, building and evolving brands from the ground up or within a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across digital and print, with a focus on branding, typography, and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of project management tools, preferably Asana.

Job Details:

  • Work Hours: Business Hours
  • Pay Range: $95,000 to $105,000, bonus eligible
