GSOC Operator

📋 Description

• Monitor alarms (fire, door, and duress) and answer routine and emergency calls.
• Monitor CCTV and access control to protect the building and assets.
• Respond to life safety incidents and dispatch security officers, police, fire, and EMS.
• Create dispatch records and initiate incident reports and work orders.
• Collaborate with Emergency Response Team (ERT) during incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality and information security practices.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• 1-3 years experience in security operations or related fields.
• Familiarity with CCTV monitoring and access control systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication for incident docs.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple communications.
• Knowledge of physical security protocols and procedures.
