The Opportunity:

Join GrowthDay as Chief Revenue Officer and own the strategy and execution behind our entire revenue engine across subscriptions, courses, coaching, live events, e-commerce, and social commerce. You will architect the plan that acquires and activates customers, increases retention and LTV, integrates channels, and scales an always-on UGC and creator monetization program. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who has owned a consumer revenue P&L, grown an app at scale, shipped weekly experiments, and turned attention into trials, paid, engaged, and retained users.

What You Will Do In This Role:
  • Own the revenue growth plan across subscriptions, courses, coaching, events, e-commerce, and social commerce; set quarterly and annual targets and forecast with precision.
  • Build and lead a full-funnel growth system including offers, landing and app store strategy, onboarding and activation, lifecycle, paywalls, pricing and packaging, upsell and cross-sell, and win-back.
  • Stand up and scale a UGC and Creator Studio by recruiting creators, setting briefs, rates, and rights, and turning UGC into top-performing ads, organic social, and in-product proof that lowers CAC and lifts CVR and LTV.
  • Lead channel portfolio and budgets across paid, organic, SEO, ASO, partnerships, affiliates, social, UGC, and events while hitting CAC and payback guardrails and compounding LTV.
  • Implement an experimentation cadence across product and marketing; ship and read out tests weekly and scale winners in the next sprint.
  • Partner tightly with Product, Design, and Engineering to move activation, retention, and ARPU and LTV through onboarding, habit loops, push and lifecycle, and in-app merchandising while ensuring sustainable app growth.
  • Drive the revenue contribution of e-commerce and event experiences as key extensions of the brand.
  • Own attribution and analytics with Data and RevOps including UTMs, MMP, link hub, and dashboards to see first- and multi-touch impact and make fast, informed decisions.
  • Manage partnerships and distribution that unlock efficient trials and revenue across influencers, platforms, and affiliates
  • Hire, coach, and inspire a high-performing revenue organization including Growth, Lifecycle and CRM, Product Growth, UGC and Creator, RevOps and Analytics, and Partnerships.
You Are What We Are Looking For If:
  • You have led consumer revenue at scale for more than 10 years, owning a P&L for a subscription app or consumer brand, and consistently beat targets across acquisition, activation, retention, ARPU and LTV, and app growth.
  • You have successfully grown an app by driving downloads, optimizing ASO, and increasing activation, retention, and monetization at scale.
  • You have built and scaled UGC and creator programs that materially reduced CAC and increased conversion and LTV including briefs, revenue share, rights, moderation, and measurement.
  • You are fluent in growth and revenue analytics including cohorts, CAC, ROAS, payback, ARPU and LTV, pricing and packaging tests, and funnel diagnostics.
  • You have driven revenue growth through both digital and physical experiences including e-commerce launches and large-scale events.
  • You have shipped weekly experiments across product and marketing and know how to balance speed and quality with high standards.
  • You partner deeply with Product, Design, and Engineering and can debate onboarding flows, push strategies, and habit loops that lift N-day retention.
  • You have led fast-paced, cross-functional teams with clear prioritization and crisp communication and you love the pace of a high-growth startup.

This is a hands-on role where you will turn insight into high-impact offers, experiments, and features that directly move trials, activation, retention, ARPU and LTV, CAC, ROAS, and payback. You will work closely with founders and cross-functional leaders to build a breakthrough consumer revenue engine in the personal development space.

Compensation

$175,000 - $200,000 USD
