📋 Description

• Drive growth projects with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Ops, GTM).
• Develop growth strategies, funnels and pipelines for strategic customers.
• Oversee growth operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment with goals.
• Present progress updates to Scale's executive team and influence strategy.
• Address key growth challenges and expand Scale AI's market presence.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in growth, product, ops, or SWE.
• Ops-heavy models experience (on-demand, marketplace, logistics).
• STEM degree ideal; data analytics with SQL or Python.
• Strong problem-solving using data to guide growth.
• Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity; scale new products.
• Experience with AI tools and workflows; quick to learn.
