Growth Strategy Manager

📋 Description

• Define and lead the growth roadmap for APAC expansion and Partner programs, influencing product prioritization and revenue optimization.
• Market Growth and Leadership: drive expansion areas and partnerships, shaping the business plan for APAC.
• Strategic leadership: advise top strategic partners and leverage Fever’s data and technology to help partners succeed.
• Strategic Impact: translate complex data into actionable business cases and move key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROI).
• Operational Excellence: optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows to scale across diverse markets.
• Global Stakeholder Management: collaborate with regional stakeholders (Country/Regional GMs) in APAC to build local capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role with strategy consulting, fast-growing startups, or investment banking; proven track record leading complex projects and delivering growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
• Analytical skills: leverage data, make strategic decisions, and craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across cultures.
• Mindset: proactive problem-solver who handles ambiguity and drives growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Languages: Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish, Korean, or Japanese is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
