🎯 Requirements
- Experience owning operational reporting and financial models for Sales/CS
- Strong SQL, Looker, and Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Experience managing commission calculations or incentive compensation
- Deep understanding of CAC, conversion, productivity, and headcount forecasting
- Experience managing and developing direct reports
- Ability to own complex analytical processes; explain metric drivers
- Experience partnering with Operations, Finance, and Data teams
