Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–2 years full-time work exp; startup/consulting/PE/IB preferred
- Strong financial modeling and Excel/Sheets fluency
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical instincts; translate data into insights
- Sound business judgment; handle sensitive data
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive self-starter and multitasker
- MS Office proficiency — Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Nice-to-Haves
- SQL (Snowflake or similar)
- BI tools: Tableau, Looker, Hex
- Sales compensation or performance management exposure
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM data structures
- Experience preparing materials for senior leadership or exec reviews
