Growth Product Manager, Website & Experimentation

📋 Description

• Own website growth & experimentation roadmap aligned to pipeline and goals.
• Partner with Marketing and Engineering to deliver high-performing landing pages and campaigns.
• Build and prioritize experimentation backlog across messaging, paths, templates, journeys.
• Lead A/B testing to improve conversions, lead quality, and pipeline.
• Define requirements for website enhancements and CMS workflows.
• Improve marketing self-service via reusable templates and scalable workflows.
• Partner with Analytics to establish tracking, event taxonomy, and reporting.
• Balance growth opportunities, investments, and engineering capacity via prioritization.
• Monitor website performance to improve speed, usability, and conversion.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to deliver measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Growth Product Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of website optimization, experimentation, and funnels.
• Experience turning business goals into product requirements and roadmaps.
• Experience leading A/B testing and experimentation programs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of web analytics, metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting.
• Familiarity with event tracking, attribution, and analytics QA.
• Experience with headless CMSs like Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok.
• Experience with Optimizely, Mutiny, Webflow Optimize.
• Familiarity with tools like FullStory or Hotjar.
