🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in Growth Product Management or related field.
- Strong understanding of website optimization, experimentation, and funnels.
- Experience turning business goals into product requirements and roadmaps.
- Experience leading A/B testing and experimentation programs.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of web analytics, metrics, funnel analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with event tracking, attribution, and analytics QA.
- Experience with headless CMSs like Sanity, Contentful, Storyblok.
- Experience with Optimizely, Mutiny, Webflow Optimize.
- Familiarity with tools like FullStory or Hotjar.
