- Support Account Directors, SAMs, and CSMs with RFP responses and data coordination.
- Prepare client materials for QBRs, sales decks, and executive-level presentations.
- Handle ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from Sales and CS.
- Own CRM hygiene across the go-to-market team to keep pipeline data clean.
- Spot slow or manual processes and lead improvement efforts (templates, automation).
- Partner with Sales, CS, Product, and Operations on cross-functional initiatives.
π― Requirements
- Experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Go-to-Market Operations role.
- Comfortable working across Sales and Customer Success without strong preference.
- Strong with data and reporting; able to pull, organize, and present information clearly.
- Experience with CRM platforms, HubSpot preferred.
- A clear, confident writer who can produce client-facing materials with minimal edits.
- Someone who notices when something is not working and fixes it without being asked.
- Able to juggle multiple requests at once and make good judgement calls about priorities.
