Draft and send recap emails, updates, strategic briefs; facilitate meetings.
Supervise Growth Operations Associate; assign tasks and review output.
Coordinate vendors and contractors; manage contracts and timelines.
Maintain cross-client delivery visibility and track due dates.
Track SOWs, invoices, and receipts; prepare CPA-ready logs.

🎯 Requirements

Experience – 5–7 years in agency/consultancy/startup with client-facing deliverables.
Editorial Judgment – Evaluate deliverables to meet premium standards.
Communication Skills – Exceptional writing, editing, and synthesis for client communications.
Marketing Fluency – Knowledge of growth marketing strategy, channel economics, and campaigns.
Technical Proficiency – Google Workspace; Notion; AI tools (Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM).
Management Experience – Supervised at least one direct report.
