- Experience supporting multiple concurrent workstreams with fast timelines
- Strong operational ownership: create clarity, structure, follow-through
- Excellent written and verbal communication; translate messy inputs to clear summaries
- Comfort partnering with senior leaders and supporting decision-making
- High attention to detail, organization, and preventing stalls
