Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; translate into scalable processes.
Standardize ways of working for consistency across regions: NA, Europe, APAC, Latam.
AI automation and tooling to automate manual processes.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align ops with business needs.

🎯 Requirements

Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
5+ years in strategy/operations roles in digital-first orgs.
Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation.
Data-driven with KPIs to measure performance.
Hands-on mindset; move from strategy to execution quickly.
Automation tools: Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable.
