- Execute and support paid media campaigns across assigned markets (setup, QA, launch, monitoring).
- Manage day-to-day ops across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads.
- Set up structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, and tracking.
- Monitor daily performance: spend pacing, delivery, and core KPIs.
- Support optimization toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period.
- Coordinate budget pacing and testing roadmaps across markets.
π― Requirements
- Hands-on paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Passion for campaign ops, performance analysis, and testing.
- Experience with Europe-specific or regional platforms preferred.
- Strong ops skills: setup, trafficking, QA, budgeting, naming, tracking.
- Knowledge of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display, retargeting.
- English fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
