  • Execute and support paid media campaigns across assigned markets (setup, QA, launch, monitoring).
  • Manage day-to-day ops across Google, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads.
  • Set up structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, and tracking.
  • Monitor daily performance: spend pacing, delivery, and core KPIs.
  • Support optimization toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and payback period.
  • Coordinate budget pacing and testing roadmaps across markets.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on paid media across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
  • Passion for campaign ops, performance analysis, and testing.
  • Experience with Europe-specific or regional platforms preferred.
  • Strong ops skills: setup, trafficking, QA, budgeting, naming, tracking.
  • Knowledge of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display, retargeting.
  • English fluency required; Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
