- Execute and support paid media campaigns across EU markets (setup, launch, monitoring, reporting)
- Manage day-to-day operations across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads and regional platforms
- Implement campaign structures, audiences, bidding, budgets, creative rotations, and tracking
- Monitor performance daily; identify issues in spend pacing, delivery, tracking, and CAC/ROAS
- Support optimization toward goals like new customers, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and payback
- Coordinate budget pacing and reallocation across markets, platforms, campaigns, and assets
๐ฏ Requirements
- Hands-on experience executing or supporting paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads
- Experience with EU-specific platforms or regional paid media platforms strongly preferred
- Strong campaign operations: setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, naming, tracking, and reporting
- Knowledge of paid search, paid social, app acquisition, display, retargeting, and catalog ads
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
- Fluency in English; other European languages strongly preferred
