- Execute paid media campaigns across APAC markets: setup, QA, launch, monitoring, reporting.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan.
- Design structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotations and tracking.
- Monitor KPIs daily; flag spend pacing, delivery, tracking, creative fatigue, and CAC/ROAS.
- Optimize toward goals: new customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
- Coordinate creative workflows with localization, asset trafficking, approvals, and post-launch tracking.
🎯 Requirements
- Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads.
- APAC platforms LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Rakuten; preferred.
- Strong campaign operations: setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, tracking, reporting.
- English fluency; APAC language skills (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Familiar with CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPC, CTR; attribution knowledge.
