📋 Description

  • Execute paid media campaigns across APAC markets: setup, QA, launch, monitoring, reporting.
  • Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan.
  • Design structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotations and tracking.
  • Monitor KPIs daily; flag spend pacing, delivery, tracking, creative fatigue, and CAC/ROAS.
  • Optimize toward goals: new customer acquisition, revenue, ROAS, CAC, LTV.
  • Coordinate creative workflows with localization, asset trafficking, approvals, and post-launch tracking.

🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Apple Search Ads.
  • APAC platforms LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Rakuten; preferred.
  • Strong campaign operations: setup, trafficking, QA, budget pacing, tracking, reporting.
  • English fluency; APAC language skills (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Familiar with CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPC, CTR; attribution knowledge.
