- Monitor performance daily; flag spend pacing, delivery, tracking, and KPI issues.
- Support optimization toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate.

๐ฏ Requirements
- Hands-on paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads.
- APAC platforms: LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Rakuten.
- Strong ops skills: setup, trafficking, QA, budgeting, naming, tracking, reporting.
- Fluency in English; APAC language skills preferred (e.g., Japanese, Korean).
- Familiarity with CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, CTR, CPC, CPM.
- Translate performance results into actionable learnings for creative testing.
