  • Execute and support paid media campaigns across APAC markets.
  • Manage daily ops across global and APAC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Yahoo Japan).
  • Set up campaign structures, targeting, bidding, budgets, creative rotations, and tracking.
  • Monitor performance daily; flag spend pacing, delivery, tracking, and KPI issues.
  • Support optimization toward CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rate.
  • Coordinate performance creative workflows: briefing, localization, approvals, and tracking.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Hands-on paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads.
  • APAC platforms: LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Rakuten.
  • Strong ops skills: setup, trafficking, QA, budgeting, naming, tracking, reporting.
  • Fluency in English; APAC language skills preferred (e.g., Japanese, Korean).
  • Familiarity with CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR, CTR, CPC, CPM.
  • Translate performance results into actionable learnings for creative testing.
