- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across APAC markets.
- Coordinate creative localization and workflows for APAC.
- Monitor performance, pacing, tracking, and reporting daily.
- Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads, LINE, Yahoo Japan.
- Analyze KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM.
- Support testing roadmaps and optimization across campaigns and creatives.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Hands-on experience executing or supporting paid media campaigns.
- APAC platforms such as LINE, Naver, Kakao, Yahoo Japan, Rakuten (preferred).
- Strong campaign operations: setup, trafficking, QA, budgeting, tracking, reporting.
- English fluency required; APAC language skills (Japanese, Korean, Mandarin) preferred.
- 1-2 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations.
- Knowledge of CAC, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR, payback period.
