- Curious and eager to learn funnels, user behavior, analytics, and performance drivers.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable navigating dynamic environments.
- Comfortable taking ownership, solving problems, and moving quickly from idea to execution.
- Excellent communication skills with mandatory C2 level English proficiency.
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets; exposure to SQL, Looker, Amplitude, or similar tools is a plus.
