  • Manage a 7-figure paid social budget across Meta platforms
  • Create a robust testing strategy across existing and new channels
  • Collaborate with internal creative team to test formats (static, video, testimonials)
  • Work with no-code tooling and product teams to test landing page experiences and targeting
  • Maintain and share weekly dashboards; analyze campaign performance
  • Build understanding of the customer funnel to drive high-quality leads

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience driving growth within a B2C performance marketing function
  • Background in digital marketing with emphasis on Facebook required, other digital channels a plus
  • Deep experience with data analytics and visualization platforms such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to share learnings with stakeholders and leadership
  • Amazing attention to detail
