π― Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing paid social for DTC or ecommerce brands with scale.
- Expertise managing >$20M/year in paid social budgets with ROAS, CAC, and payback metrics.
- Advanced fluency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Pinterest Ads, incl architecture, targeting, optimization, measurement.
- Deep experience in dynamic product ads and catalog campaigns, including feed optimization and testing frameworks.
- Highly analytical; comfortable with large data sets and distilling insights into actions.
- Strong creative judgment; ability to brief, evaluate, and optimize creative at scale.
- Operate with autonomy and accountability; flag risks and pursue opportunities.
- Bias toward building scalable systems; use frameworks to scale.
