  • Rigorous experimentation mindset to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Deep experience with data analytics/visualization (Tableau, GA, Looker)
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products
  • Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize learnings for leadership
  • Amazing attention to detail
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment
