  • Manage a 7-figure marketing budget across Paid Search, Paid Social, and new channels
  • Create a testing strategy for existing channels and new channel tests
  • Work with no-code tooling and product teams to test landing pages
  • Collaborate with creative teams to run tests across formats (static, video)
  • Maintain weekly dashboards and analyze campaign performance
  • Understand customer funnel to drive high-quality leads

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of growth in a B2C performance marketing function
  • Digital marketing with emphasis on Meta and Google; other channels a plus
  • Aptitude for rigorous experimentation to improve efficiency and profitability
  • Deep experience with data analytics/visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Analytics, or Looker
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to synthesize learnings for stakeholders
