π― Requirements
- 3+ years of experience driving growth in a B2C performance marketing function.
- Background in offline marketing with emphasis on Radio, TV, or Direct Mail a plus.
- Passion for creative testing and crafting messaging that resonates.
- Experience owning large marketing budgets and managing spend to CPA or ROAS targets.
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products.
- Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize learnings for stakeholders.
