  • Manage a 7-figure offline marketing budget across Radio, TV, streaming, and more.
  • Create a testing strategy for existing channels and new ones (creative and media tests).
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and agencies; use AI-enabled tooling for assets.
  • Work with external agencies to place media buys and refine local buying strategy.
  • Maintain weekly dashboards; analyze the why behind campaign performance.
  • Build a deep understanding of the customer funnel to drive high-quality leads.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of growth experience in a B2C performance marketing function.
  • Offline marketing background required; emphasis on Radio/TV/Direct Mail a plus.
  • Passion for creative testing and crafting messaging that resonates.
  • Prior experience owning large marketing budgets and managing spend to CPA or ROAS.
  • Experience with high consideration/LTV products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize learnings for stakeholders.
  • Amazing attention to detail.
  • Team player attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
