π― Requirements
- 3+ years of growth experience in a B2C performance marketing function.
- Offline marketing background required; emphasis on Radio/TV/Direct Mail a plus.
- Passion for creative testing and crafting messaging that resonates.
- Prior experience owning large marketing budgets and managing spend to CPA or ROAS.
- Experience with high consideration/LTV products.
- Strong written and verbal communication; synthesize learnings for stakeholders.
- Amazing attention to detail.
- Team player attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
